Replacement Parts Sales Restrictions
As of January 1st, 2018, NO dealers are permitted to list or sell BC Racing Replacement parts, other than the ones listed below. As many of you know, BC Racing North America takes every step possible to offer its coilovers, replacement parts, upgrade parts, and springs, at the lowest possible price to our consumers. For too many years coilover suspension was reserved for the dedicated track car and were priced in such away that made them unattainable to the average user. Well over a decade ago, BC Racing North America changed that by offering extremely high-end fully adjustable coilover systems at a price never before seen by the industry.
In order for BC Racing North America to maintain this level of affordability, we have to constantly evaluate our product offerings and pricing in comparison to market trends. One trend that BC Racing is seeing is dealers listing and selling replacement parts for prices that are way higher than BC Racing sells them for. BC Racing’s price on parts is set in such a way that there is very little to no profit margin, after import, warehousing, and sale fees. Due to the narrow profit margin (which we don’t mind because we want all customers to have access to affordable replacement parts they need to keep their BC Racing Coilover System performing flawlessly), almost all BC Racing parts do not have dealer pricing.
Since there is no dealer pricing, dealers are forced to sell parts at a premium markup, which hurts the consumer and the BC Racing brand, and strictly goes against BC Racing’s goal of keeping all its products as affordable as possible. Due to the continued trend of dealers listing and selling parts well above what BC Racing offers them for, we’re forced to refuse sale of all parts to all dealers with the exception of Swift Springs, BC Racing Springs, and damping extensions, which must be sold at the prices listed below and/or on the dealer application list.
Below are the only parts that dealers are permitted to list and sell:
- Damping extension: $19.95 dealer cost and $39.95 MAP.
- BC Racing Springs: $50 per pair dealer cost and $100 per pair MAP.
- Swift Springs Sold Separate/Not As An Upgrade: $71.25 each dealer cost and $85 each customer cost (when bought separate from a kit – in other words – not sold as an upgrade)
- Swift Springs Sold As An Upgrade: $285 dealer cost and $320 MAP
- Camber Plates Sold As An Upgrade: $125 dealer cost and $195 MAP
- Caster Plates Sold As An Upgrade: $195 dealer cost and $225 MAP
NO OTHER PARTS ARE PERMITTED TO BE SOLD BY DEALERS
If you are found to be selling parts other than the ones listed above, you will be found in violation of this agreement and your order with us will not be fulfilled.
Minimum Resale Pricing (MRP) & Resale Policy
In order to build and maintain the integrity of BC Racing® Coilover Suspension and the BC Racing® brand as a whole, we expect our resellers to emphasize the value and quality of BC Racing’s products through advertising and marketing, not price alone. BC Racing® has established a Minimum Resale Price (MRP) & Resale Policy that all resellers, direct or indirect, must follow for the advertising, marketing, and sale of BC Racing products. The BC Racing® MRP & Resale Policy was created with the goal of supporting BC Racing’s resellers by maintaining broad distribution channel health and enabling them to continue to offer the high level of service and marketing programs our customers have come to expect.
BC Racing® North America reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. This policy will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.
All BC Racing® resellers must agree to the terms and conditions of the following MRP & Resale policy in order to be approved as a BC Racing® dealer.
MRP & Resale Policy Guidelines
MRP (Minimum Resale Pricing) can be found on the BC Racing® North America Dealer Application List received when your reseller account was approved. It is the responsibility of wholesale distributors to ensure their resellers are aware of BC Racing’s pricing policy. If we find that a wholesaler cannot maintain BC Racing® MRP & Resale Policy then your wholesale account will be closed and you will be moved back to reseller pricing.
All advertised prices must be at or above MRP for all products. Resellers are not required to list prices in advertising; however, if a price is listed, it must be at or above MRP.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring their pricing is at or above MRP on any printed material and web-based traffic including but not limited to search engines, webpage’s, forums, private messages (PM’s), etc.
Pricing listed on a website is considered an “advertised price” and must strictly adhere to BC Racing’s MRP & Resale policy. This policy is also valid for PM’s (private messages), phone pricing, in person quotes, in store quotes, “in cart” prices, coupon codes, and during final sale of the product. No dealer is allowed to violate BC Racing’s MRP by offering special discounts in any form without written consent from BC Racing® North America. All pricing must stay consistent in all foreseeable sales channels.
No dealer under any circumstances, whether direct or indirect, is permitted to use the BC Racing® name on a BC Racing Specific Website, in a URL, Domain Name, or in any other manner without written consent by BC Racing® North America. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of your account as well as legal action taken against you for violating the rights of BC Racing’s registered word marks.
Free Offers/Combo Deals Associated with BC Racing Products
Free shipping and/or handling (BC Racing includes free shipping to the 48 contiguous states) and free extenders do not violate BC Racing’s MRP & Resale Policy. Combo deals are no longer allowed by the BC Racing® Resale Policy as of January 1, 2017. Combo & Package deals include any product, whether a BC Racing product or another product that is sold with BC Racing Coilovers where the MSRP of the “package/combo” products exceed the MRP of BC Racing Coilovers, or the final price cannot be clearly determined.
BC Racing Dealers Are Not Permitted To List or Sell Replacement Parts
BC Racing takes great pride in the fact that we offer every conceivable replacement part for our coilovers, which can be purchased directly from BC Racing North America, at an extremely fair price directly from our website https://www.bcracing-na.com. Due to the low cost we pass on to our customers, there is no room for dealer discounts on parts, which means that dealers have to list replacement parts for a higher price than they can be purchased directly from BC Racing®. We keep the pricing low in order to make critical and non-critical repairs to customer coilovers as affordable as possible, and such, BC Racing North America® is the only source for customer replacement parts. Please keep in mind that this does not include Swift Spring Upgrades, BC Racing Springs, damping extensions, rear camber plate upgrades, or pillowball mount upgrades. But MRP must be adhered to for the above listed items, which can be found on the BC Racing Dealer Application List.
Violation of MRP & Resale Policy
At the discretion of BC Racing, intentional and/or repeated failure to abide by BC Racing’s MRP & Resale Policy could result in the immediate termination of your dealer account. Failure to comply with BC Racing’s pricing policy will result in the following actions:
- 1st Violation: Written Warning.
- 2nd Violation: Resellers pricing will be raised to Tier 1 pricing for a 1-month term. If the reseller’s current price is at Tier 1 level, the reseller will be suspended for a period of 1-month. Depending on the infraction and at the discression of BC Racing North America, it could be longer than 1-month (max 3-months).
- 3rd Violation: Termination of resellers account with BC Racing.
Reseller and Wholesale accounts terminated by BC Racing® will not be authorized to purchase BC Racing® products either directly or indirectly. Terminated accounts will be added to the BC Racing’s Do-Not-Sell (DNS) list, which is distributed to BC Racing® Dealers throughout the year.
Regional Restrictions Form
This form must be read and understood by all of your sales staff. All authorized vendors for BC Racing must adhere to these Regional Restrictions. Below you will find a list of Regions that have appointed sole distributors or dealers. All BC sales should be forwarded to the appointed parties in those exclusive Regions.
All authorized vendors within North America have access to full trade within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada and the Caribbean islands. Anything outside these territories must be presented to BC Racing North America for authorization.
Any vendors found to be selling outside of the North America Region to restricted territories will be banned from future sales of BC Racing products. If a question arises on whether a potential customer falls into an appointed region, please contact our sales staff for further assistance.

By signing this form, I swear that my sales staff, resellers, and any other party associated with buying and selling BC Racing products from/through me is aware of this policy. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my employees and/or resellers of this policy. Violation, whether directly or indirectly, will result in immediate termination of my account.
Addendum to Reseller Policy
BC Racing North America expects resellers to keep track of their accounts and invoices and remit payments on time to maintain a positive business relationship.
Payment for an order is due immediately after an invoice has been provided unless an existing net term agreement is active. Invoices are provided to resellers at the time an order ships, apart from drop-shipped special orders. A drop-ship order is outlined as any order that ships directly from our overseas facility to the customer/reseller directly. Dropship orders follow a 14-business day cancellation window, after which an invoice will be produced, and payment is due. Delayed payments for invoices will result in a hold status placed on the order at BC Racing North America’s discretion, until payment in full is received.
Accounts that have recently fallen delinquent or are delinquent frequently will be sent to a collection agency. Delinquency is defined by BC Racing North America as invoices that have not received payment within 30 business days of past due notice. BC Racing North America makes every effort to provide invoices and reminders of payments due prior to contacting collections. Resellers that fall into this status will have their account, in-process and new orders suspended until payment in full is received.
Please note that once an account has been handed over to collections, the account holder will be liable for all potential legal, interest, late charges, or cost of collection fees associated.

BC Racing North America MRP and Confirmation Agreement
BC Racing® North America places great value on the efforts of all resellers & wholesalers to sell, distribute, and market BC Racing® products. BC Racing’s MRP & Resale Policy is intended to maintain the quality, value, and the high level of customer service BC Racing consumers have come to expect.
The BC Racing® MRP & Resale Policy and Confirmation Agreement were made on January 1, 2011 and was updated on January 1, 2017.
This agreement will be effective starting January 1, 2017
